You have a press tool, but which press jaw and inserts fit it? Pick your brand and model below. You'll see instantly which set you need, for virtually every common press tool.
Press jaw, master jaw and inserts: what is what?
Let's get the terms straight so you know what to look for:
Press tool / pressing machine: the tool itself (REMS, Klauke, Viega, Rothenberger, Novopress, Uponor…). This you already have.
Press jaw / master jaw: the bracket you clamp into the press tool. The insert goes into this.
Insert: the part that presses the fitting to size. One insert per size and profile.
With one master jaw + 19 inserts you press all sizes and profiles, instead of a separate jaw per size.
Which press jaw fits my press tool?
That depends on the force class of your press tool:
Standard (most machines): Novopress ACO 201/202/203, REMS Power-Press, Rothenberger Romax 3000/4000, Viega Pressgun, Klauke UP75/UP110 and similar. Our complete set fits these, straight from stock.
Compact machines (19 kN): Novopress ACO 102/103, Milwaukee M12 HPT, Ridgid RP219 and similar; a separate, smaller jaw, also in stock.
Mini machines (Klauke MAP, Uponor Mini², REMS Mini): their own jaw mount; we confirm before you order.
Not sure? Use the checker above, or email your brand + model + a photo of the jaw mount to [email protected]. We always confirm before you order.
Which press profile do I need? (TH · V · U · M)
The profile is determined by the fitting you press, not by the press tool:
Copper & stainless steel → usually M or V
Plastic & multilayer → usually U or TH
The fitting manufacturer prescribes the profile; it is usually printed on the fitting or the packaging. You know your fitting brand but not the profile? Use the profile checker:
With the complete set (TH, V, U and M, 19 inserts) you press virtually every fitting: never the wrong grab on the job.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on your press tool (force class) and the fitting (profile). Most press tools are 32 kN standard → our complete set fits. Use the checker at the top for your exact machine.
Most modern press tools (REMS, Klauke, Viega, Rothenberger, Novopress, Uponor, 32 kN) use the same standard jaw mount → our standard set fits. Compact and mini machines have their own jaw, also in stock.
The fitting determines the profile: copper/stainless → M or V, plastic/multilayer → U or TH. With the complete set (all four profiles) you press virtually every fitting.
You clamp the master jaw into your press tool; into it goes an insert per size and profile. One jaw, all sizes: no separate jaw per size needed.
