Our main set is for 32 kN standard machines (Novopress ACO 201/202/203, REMS Power-Press, Rothenberger Romax 3000/4000, Viega Pressgun, Uponor UP75/UP110). For compact 19 kN or Klauke mini machines we have separate sets on request. Send us brand + model + photo of the jaw mount, we confirm before you order.
That depends on which set you choose. The Standard (32 kN) has 1 press jaw + 19 inserts: TH (5 sizes), V (5), U (4) and M (5). The Standard Mini (15 kN) has 1 master jaw + 19 inserts in the same profiles. The Compact (19 kN) has the compact jaw with inserts in all profiles. With every set you can add the UP profile, which is 4 extra inserts (UP16 to UP32). Always including a sturdy storage case.
Each fitting brand uses its own profile, some brands even use multiple types.

Which profile you need depends on two things:

The pipe material: copper and stainless steel are usually pressed with M or V profile, plastic and multilayer with U or TH profile.
The fitting itself: check the fitting for the prescribed profile, or consult the manufacturer.

Some fittings can be pressed with multiple profiles (Bonfix for instance works with up to 6 different profiles).

Yes, we ship throughout the EU, shipping is free across the entire EU, including Germany. Delivery usually within one week via DPD or DHL. Pickup in Apeldoorn also possible.

After your inquiry you'll receive a personal email with payment options: PayPal (international), SEPA bank transfer (preferred for business and EU customers), or iDEAL/instant transfer. Choose what's easiest for you. Once payment is received, we ship within 24 hours, also on weekends.
No problem - send it back, we'll send a fitting jaw. Avoid the back-and-forth by providing your press tool brand and model in advance (photo of jaw mount helps). Then we can ship the right set immediately.
A press profile is a specific shape in the insert that matches the fitting. The manufacturer marks the profile (TH, V, U, M or UP) with the size on the fitting. Example: TH 16 means you need a TH insert in size 16.
That depends on the Viega system. Profipress (copper) and Sanpress (stainless steel) are pressed with the V profile, which is included in our set. Sanfix Fosta (multilayer pipe) requires the VP contour of Viega itself; we do not supply that and there is no approved alternative. So always check which Viega system you have.
They look alike but are not identical. The U profile is the universal base design used by several brands, such as Wavin Tigris and older Uponor systems. Uponor developed the UP profile further for their newer S-Press Plus fittings up to 32 mm, with slightly shifted pressing surfaces matched to the O-rings and the test safety of Uponor. A UP insert also presses every fitting that calls for U. The other way round is more critical: a U insert does not always seat properly on the newest S-Press Plus fittings because of the thicker stop rings. In doubt, choose UP.
